Triple Deadlock with Parrot Beak Locking System
A single-point lock is a single point of failure.
Crimsafe sliding doors use a triple deadlock system with a parrot beak locking mechanism, anchored into a reinforced frame so the load spreads across the whole door instead of concentrating at the handle. Instead of a standard latch that simply clips into place, the parrot beak hook curls around the strike plate and locks in from three points along the frame — top, middle, and bottom — so prying, jemmying, or forcing the door at any single point does nothing. The door either holds everywhere, or it doesn’t move at all.

Crimsafe uses 0.9mm 304-grade Tensile Tuff® stainless steel mesh, fixed into the frame with a patented Screw-Clamp® system rather than a glued or wedged rubber seal. When impacted, the load spreads across the whole frame instead of concentrating on one weak point, which is why Crimsafe consistently outperforms standard screens in independent impact testing.
